Normally, the only issue I would have with this is it taking forever and a day to download. Fixed with the following two lines sudo apt-get purge openjdk-7-jre-headless sudo apt-get install openjdk-7-jre-headless. I decided to go ahead and install the JRE from the repositories. I have an application that requires the Java JRE.
